Salary: od 70 000 CZK/HPP
Location: Velké Meziřičí, hybrid remote
Main responsibilities:
- Responsibility for team deliveries and the people within the team
- Responsibility for efficient resource allocation and utilization
- Providing visibility of project status by reporting to other teams and senior management
- Working with other teams to organize, schedule, and deliver work dependencies in cross-team projects
- Communication with external clients and media
- Evaluation of team metrics and definition of team improvements
- Evaluation of team member career progression
- Improvement of processes and methodologies

What's the required skill-set?
- At least 2 years of experience in a related position
- Structured way of working and strong organizational skills
- Capable of taking initiative, with a firm understanding of the final goal
- Proactive approach
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and independent quality assurance of own work
- Expertise in people management and leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- English language (written and spoken)
- Experience with Azure DevOps is an advantage
